The Maitre D ensures a welcoming and exceptional guest experience while leading front-of-house operations. This role manages reservations, seating, and service flow while setting the standard for execution on the floor. Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, seating, and service flow.
• Oversee the guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Support and coordinate front-of-house operations.
• Maintain an organized and polished front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hospitality setting, such as fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end cocktail bars, concierge services, or VIP guest services.
• Strong understanding of elevated service standards with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Team-oriented with the ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
