About the role

Malco Theatres is seeking a part-time maintenance employee for Northwest Arkansas. The maintenance worker will assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment across six Malco Theatres locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to management repair requests
• Maintain outside grounds
• Inspect facilities and equipment
• Repair and clean facilities and equipment, including light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical duties
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Operate hand and power tools
• Provide setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice during inclement weather
• Maintain maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to climb a ladder and work in high places
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and assist with moving/lifting heavier items
• Valid Arkansas Driver’s license and transportation to access multiple job sites
• General skills in maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with limited supervision
• Ability to work in changing climate conditions
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

• Part-time
• Weekend availability required
• Monday to Friday
• Holidays
