Maintenance Worker, Northampton
Job Summary
The CSO is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join its Facilities team in Northampton. This full-time, fully benefited, in-person position offers a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $42,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service requests and minor repairs are completed correctly and promptly
- Perform maintenance functions including minor repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and HVAC
- Maintain equipment and monitor inventory
- Operate snow removal equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of education and/or training in general maintenance and repair
- Experience in general maintenance or similar responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
