About the Role
Maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring a wonderful home for residents.
On-call rotation required: 20 hours per week.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred but not required for plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Maine driver’s license
