About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team at Upstate Caring Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including masonry, carpentry, electrical, and painting, as well as performing efficiency tests, general grounds and building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks
- Conduct efficiency tests
- Carry out general grounds and building maintenance
- Execute preventative maintenance
- Participate in agency activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience in field
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
