Maintenance Worker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Worker to oversee the upkeep and safety of our expansive camp property located in Sullivan County, NY. The ideal candidate is a mature, motivated professional highly skilled in carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and electrical work, with the proven ability to safely operate heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• General repairs and renovations
• Preventative maintenance
• Sanitation disposal
• Ensuring facilities remain in excellent, welcoming condition

Requirements

• Valid NY or NJ driver’s license
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to drive an agency vehicle
• Organized problem‑solver who takes pride in work and can manage competing priorities independently or as part of a team
