Maintenance Worker

About the role

Come join our forward-thinking team of dedicated Maintenance Technicians who take pride in keeping our buildings, grounds, and community safe, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and well-kept environment
• Identify and address maintenance, safety, and repair needs across campus
• Assist with repairs, installations, and general upkeep (including plumbing, electrical, and building systems)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls as needed
• Support preventative maintenance efforts and maintain accurate records
• Assist with seasonal work, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and sanitation responsibilities
• Help ensure water systems, equipment, and utilities are operating properly

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair work, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently while supporting a team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to serve others

Schedule

Full Time – 40 hours/week
Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (day shift)
Includes occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities

Pay

$27.55 – $29.80/hour
