Job Duties
- General building system repairs on heating, plumbing, electrical and air handling systems
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Completing work orders
- Participates in fire drills
- Completing medical equipment repairs
- Assisting with snow removal and maintenance of facility grounds
Requirements
- High school graduate with BOCES Tech Certificate preferred
- Two years maintenance work required
