About the role
Maintain and repair all equipment and systems within the facility to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and reduce downtime.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot new equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
