Maintenance / Warehouse Repairs Lead

About the role

The Maintenance / Warehouse Repairs Lead supports the safe and efficient operation of the facility through preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and systems monitoring. This role partners with the Facilities Manager to coordinate maintenance activities, support vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electricals and refrigeration systems
• Respond to after-hours system needs
• Maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Aid maintenance and facilities team with snow removal
• Adjust warehouse racking
• Perform other duties to keep the facility safe and clean

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive in NH
• Pass a forklift test and receive a license on all warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of multi-meters and vernier calipers
• Ability to do light plumbing and light electrical work
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, as low as -20°
• Able to work outside, year-round, for extended periods of time, including during inclement weather
