Description MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – 1ST & 3RD SHIFT BCI Solutions, Inc. | Bremen, Indiana Starting at $22.00/hour+ based on experience 60-Day Performance Review with Opportunity for Merit Increase $2.00/ hour shift premium for 3rd shift BCI Solutions is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for both 1st and 3rd shift. We are looking for people who can find the problem, fix the problem, and get the equipment running again. This is not building maintenance. You will be troubleshooting production equipment in a demanding manufacturing environment where downtime matters. What You'll Work On Industrial production and material-handling equipment480V electrical systemsMotors, starters, relays, sensors, and VFDsHydraulics and pneumaticsPLC-controlled equipmentMechanical drive systems, bearings, chains, belts, and gearboxesPreventive maintenance and equipment improvements AVAILABLE SHIFTS 1st Shift Maintenance Technician A strong fit for an experienced technician who can support daily production, preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and improvement projects. 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician We need someone who can think on their feet. On nights, you may not have a crowd standing behind you with the answer. You need to be able to troubleshoot, make decisions, and get equipment back online. Requirements WHAT WE NEED Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturingStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilityAbility to read electrical schematics and equipment printsExperience diagnosing equipment failures, not just replacing partsAbility to work safely and independentlyDependable attendance and willingness to respond when production needs support PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, foundry, machining, or heavy industrial experience is a plus.
