About the role
Our Maintenance Technicians at Berger Communities are responsible for ensuring that our communities feel like home. They take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and make a daily impact on residents.
Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Get empty homes move-in ready
- Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
- Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
Requirements
- Two years maintenance experience and/or training
- High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
