Responsibilities

• “Own” your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor

Requirements

• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
  • HVAC
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Pool maintenance and grounds
  • Drywall and minor carpentry
  • Heat pumps
• EPA or CPO certification a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
