About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, performing welding tasks, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or welding.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
