Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift
About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor they may be.
- Cook up daily maintenance services with wellness services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
Requirements
- You must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one within thirty (30) days.
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
