Maintenance Technician - Weekend Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up a weekly proactive maintenance schedule with detailed job plans.
• Troubleshoot and repair subtractive and post processing equipment.
• Install, overhaul, and maintain electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Interpret and utilize technical documentation to guide troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
• Safely dismantle machinery to replace or repair worn or defective components.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance personnel.
• Comply with OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and machine safety protocols.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting facility and machine maintenance operations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
• Must use safety protection when and where required.
• Comfortable working around machinery in a controlled industrial environment.

Pay

• The hourly pay range for this position is $32.60-$44.83.
• This role includes a 5% pay differential on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts.
