Maintenance Technician - Weekend Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Cook up a weekly proactive maintenance schedule with detailed job plans.
- Troubleshoot and repair subtractive and post processing equipment.
- Install, overhaul, and maintain electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Interpret and utilize technical documentation to guide troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
- Safely dismantle machinery to replace or repair worn or defective components.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance personnel.
- Comply with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and machine safety protocols.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting facility and machine maintenance operations.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
- Must use safety protection when and where required.
- Comfortable working around machinery in a controlled industrial environment.

Pay
- The hourly pay range for this position is $32.60-$44.83.
- This role includes a 5% pay differential on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts.
