Maintenance Technician/Ticket Runner- Lincoln, Nebraska

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Identify and correct hazardous conditions immediately
• Deliver various communications to residents as needed
• Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
• Work on-call

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred (training opportunities available)
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Positive attitude
• Fast-paced environment enjoyment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
