Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
• Deliver various communications to residents as needed
• Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
• Work on-call

Requirements

• HVAC certified preferred (training opportunities available)
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
