Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation. Buckingham takes a customer approach to all projects, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled industry expertise among its diverse teams.

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of apartment community including HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.

Qualifications include:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
• Carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
