Maintenance Technician - Texas Markets

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve facility maintenance requests across multiple Texas locations
• Prioritize service calls and travel schedules based on business needs and operational urgency
• Perform routine building repairs and preventative maintenance
• Cookordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repair services
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully operational store environments
• Communicate effectively with store leadership, District Managers, and internal teams
• Document completed work and update maintenance requests through the company ticketing system

Requirements

• Frequent travel throughout Texas
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sound decision-making abilities
• The ability to prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency and operational impact

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance and building upkeep experience
• Experience troubleshooting and performing routine repairs
• Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
