Duties

  • Aid the Maintenance Director in completing service requests.
  • Maintain and prepare pools and grounds care.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Handle emergency service requests after hours on a scheduled rotation.
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, maintenance logs, and records.
  • Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure positive resident relations through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to Federal, State, and Flournoy safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
  • All required certifications from State and Local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians).
  • A current valid driver's license.
