Maintenance Technician - Stone Cliff

Responsibilities

- Completing work order requests, including patching of drywall, basic electrical, basic appliance repair, plumbing, and grounds keeping duties. - Must have experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, etc.). - Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key.

Requirements

- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property. - Reliable transportation is a must. - Availability to work on-call rotation.

Qualifications

- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must! - Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
