Requirements
- High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on heating ventilation and air conditions systems, or pneumatic or hydraulic systems
- Sound knowledge of processes and practices relating to facility operations and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair (as per applicable qualifications) mechanical and other building systems and equipment
- Strong environmental, health, and safety mindset
- Strong client-service orientation along with a high sense of urgency
- Knowledge and understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Effective communication skills for the purpose of data relay, exchange, feedback, and clarification
- Mentoring skills required to support lower-level technician’s development
- Ability to work at heights and from ladders
- Ability to regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to respond to off hour emergency calls

- Must be capable of obtaining appropriate security clearance

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Regular hours are provided, with flexibility for shift work and on-call availability as needed.
