Maintenance Technician (Specialist)
About the role
Spring House Estates is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to join their team. This role is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA and focuses on maintaining and improving building utility systems.
Responsibilities
- Specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, HVAC, water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems.
- Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay
$23.79 - $30.49 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
