Maintenance Technician (Specialist)

About the role

Spring House Estates is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to join their team. This role is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA and focuses on activities related to maintaining and improving building utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, HVAC, water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems.
• Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
