What you'll own
- Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
- Respond fast to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
- Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
- Protect curb appeal by keeping grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
- Keep clear records of the work you do, including materials, hours, and completion status.
- Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and pitch in on snow and ice removal.
- Stay on top of your maintenance software so every work order is current, accurate, and on time.
- Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
What you bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
- A working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
- Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
A leg up if you have
- Trade school or technical certification.
- Onsite multifamily maintenance experience.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar CRM tools.
- Spanish fluency.

You provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
