Responsibilities

• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor

Qualifications

• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Must have valid Driver's License
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
