Maintenance Technician/ Service Technician

Duties

• Support hands-on manufacturing equipment, industrial electrical systems, automated machinery, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot 480V/208V/120V electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, CNC machinery, welders, conveyors, ovens, pumps, and material handling systems.
• Read electrical drawings, diagnose electrical and controls issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support automated manufacturing equipment.

Skills

• Experienced Industrial Electrician and Maintenance Technician with 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment, industrial electrical systems, automated machinery, and facility equipment.
• Strong background troubleshooting 480V/208V/120V electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, CNC machinery, welders, conveyors, ovens, pumps, and material handling systems.
• Experienced reading electrical drawings, diagnosing electrical and controls issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC systems, RSLogix 5000, AutoCAD, electrical controls, instrumentation, and industrial machine troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working independently in demanding manufacturing environments with minimal supervision.
• This person must be willing to travel, work weekends, and have knowledge in mechanical build as well as PLC.
