Maintenance Technician - Senior Living Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming senior living community. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across resident apartments and shared spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
• Complete work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Follow safety and infection-control practices
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Coordinate with outside contractors as needed

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience
• Relevant trade certifications a plus
