Maintenance Technician – Senior Living Community

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained senior living community. Key Responsibilities Include Performing routine and preventive maintenance on resident apartments, common areas, and building systems.Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems to ensure optimal operation.Responding promptly to work orders and assisting with room turns.Maintaining grounds, including snow and ice removal, and supporting vendor activities.Collaborating with a resident-focused team to uphold a clean and welcoming environment that promotes high-quality care and vibrant daily experiences.
