Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Appliance repairs - Painting - Apartment turnovers - Taking emergency calls

Requirements

- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property - Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must - Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!

Qualifications

- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties. - Reliable transportation is a MUST! - Availability to work on-call rotation.
