About the role

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Reflections at the Marina, located in Sparks, NV.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is required
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential
• Reliable transportation is mandatory
• Availability for on-call rotation
