Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Perform electrical repairs as needed
- Inspect and service HVAC systems
- Handle routine maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency situations as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Experience with diagnostic testing equipment
