Maintenance Technician - Part Time - Timber Pines

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings – Perform general building maintenance including painting, patching repairs, floor care, and remodeling to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Manage HVAC & Mechanical System – Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to optimize safety and comfort for residents and staff.
• Maintain Plumbing & Water Systems – Inspect and repair hot water heaters, softeners, plumbing equipment, and pool systems, including monitoring pool chemistry when scheduled.
• Ensure Life Safety & Emergency Preparedness – Maintain and troubleshoot fire safety systems, generators, sprinkler systems, and alarm panels, ensuring compliance with Life Safety Code procedures.
• Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Requirements

• Prior painting experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• On Call requirement on a rotating basis.
• Physical capability to perform essential job functions.

Pay

$20-$26 (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

Part-Time| 40 hours pay period | 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
