Maintenance Technician - Parkside

About the role

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm focused on enriching lives through property management, philanthropy, and employee development. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful property in Gresham, OR.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Conducting apartment turnovers - Responding to emergency calls

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property - Comprehensive experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) - Strong customer service attitude and flexibility - Reliable transportation - Availability to work on-call rotation

Compensation and Benefits
