About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. This position is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Handle after-hours emergencies as needed
Requirements
- Maintenance Experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology
- Knowledge of property management systems and processes
- Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
- Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: HVAC Certified, Proven 1 year of HVAC experience

*$23 - $25 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
