Maintenance Technician, Nights

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs, and communicate equipment concerns to maintenance leadership.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, or other relevant industrial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred completion of a technical school program, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), or industrial controls.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and safely operate industrial equipment.
