About the role
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment in a climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct changeovers and complete training to earn certifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet.
Pay & Schedule
- 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule.
- Pay ranging from $25 to $32+ per hour plus shift differentials.
