About the role

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Marisol Apartments in Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, etc.)
• Customer service attitude
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
