Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maintenance services to residents
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Perform tasks such as plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall repair, and minor carpentry
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and CPO requirements
• Drive a vehicle as needed
