What We Offer
Starting pay at $19/hour, or $20/hour if you are or become EPA certified. Additional benefits include:

Schedule
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week). Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready, you will:
- Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
- Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
- Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical & Technical Requirements
You should be:
- Able to provide reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Able to drive a golf cart
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Able to climb stairs and ladders
- Experienced using hand and power tools
- Able to pass a background check
