What You'll Do:

- Perform mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs for all Starkey properties. - Work directly with the Director of Facilities on day-to-day operations. - Complete work orders and maintain accurate digital records.

Pay Rate and Schedule:

- $22-$28 per hour depending on experience and certificates. - M-F 8am-5pm

What You Bring:

- HS Diploma/GED. - EPA Universal or Type III Certification preferred. - 4+ years in HVAC or building maintenance. - Valid driver's license. - Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills.
