Maintenance Technician Level 3 or Level 4 - (Nights)
Relocation assistance is not available. A Secret clearance is required for this role. Travel is expected up to 10% of the time.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. This role will follow a rotating night shift schedule (6PM-6AM) at our Clearfield, Utah location.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting on all equipment.
- Perform routine mechanical, electrical, and electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including CNC machines, boilers, autoclaves, HVAC, general lighting, air compressors, hydraulic systems, and overhead bridge cranes.
- Support the Maintenance Team with additional duties as assigned.
This position may be filled as either a Level 3 or Level 4 Maintenance Technician.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications for Level 3
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
- Experience with basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.
Basic Qualifications for Level 4
- High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
- Experience with basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.
Skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician.
- Millwright mechanic with Industrial Automation experience.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- For Electricians: Must be licensed and knowledgeable in 3-phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring, and troubleshooting of such systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance.

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $104,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions when determining base salary offers. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
