ATI Specialty Materials is actively hiring skilled maintenance professionals from across the U.S. to join their growing team in Monroe, NC. This position offers a starting annual salary of $77,000, with potential for growth and additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic
• Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of trade school OR industrial maintenance experience
• Solid understanding of power transmission, fluid power, and electrical systems
• Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation or fixed shifts available)
