Maintenance Technician - Indigo Creek
About the role
AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at 21 Fitzsimons Apartments in Aurora, CO. This role offers competitive compensation, quarterly bonuses, and a 50% rent discount at any AIR Community.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
- Follow AIR’s process for completing basic apartment turns to ensure the apartment is ready for the next resident’s move-in experience.
- Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance under general direction.
- May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
- May assist with managing vendor quality and performing move-in/move-out inspections.
- Responsibilities vary based on team member skillset and community needs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
- Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. You will follow AIR’s process for completing apartment turns, complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance, and may provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.

Additional Information
