Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate calibration and other quality records as required to meet audit requirements.
- Aid in high-level equipment and system troubleshooting.
- Support Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisors, and Engineering Manager as needed.
- Meet all ISO, TS, and customer calibration and audit requirements as directed.
- Assist with high-level troubleshooting efforts and PLC issues as required.
- Train, mentor, and direct maintenance technicians in understanding and applying automation technologies.
- Help establish and evaluate effectiveness of all instrumentation-related PM tasks.
- Participate in EMaint development issues, maintenance networking, and communications tasks, and add critical spare parts to the storeroom.
- Perform safety assessments and participate in all equipment safety audits and remediation issues.
- Understand and implement a safe work environment.
- Resolve key system issues that improve equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5-8 years related experience, including good working knowledge of PLC's, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding equipment.
- Effective background in environmental safety and supervision.
