We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have company description: maybe "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" could be "About the role"? The instruction: use
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have company description: maybe "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" could be "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role (maybe summarizing job description overview), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Skills (maybe specific skills), Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (pay rate), Schedule (if any schedule info). We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to examine content.
Company Description: "Wonderful Citrus is North America’s leading integrated grower, shipper and packer of fresh citrus..." This is about the company, not necessarily role. Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes overview of role and company? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can choose appropriate headings.
We have "Job Description Overview: Employee works for the Shop Manager. Works in maintenance, inspection and repair of nursery, farm equipment and farming irrigation systems. Capable of completing assigned tasks independently as well as with other mechanics. Fully supports equipment and repairs during season. Any other tasks assigned by management."
Then "Here's what you'll do:" list of duties.
Then "Qualifications Here's what you'll bring to the table:" list of qualifications.
Then "OPTIONAL PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICSNSES:" list.
Then "Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience."
Then "Additional Information Wonderful's dedication to you: On-site Café – Convenient dining with fresh meal options On-Site Gym – Stay active and healthy with access to our fully equipped fitness center Exclusive Product Discounts – Enjoy special savings on our products as part of our team! Growth & Career Advancement – Opportunities for professional development and career progression. Professional Mentorship – Learn from experienced professionals and grow your network. May include discretionary housing assistance."
Then "Why Choose Wonderful? ..." includes company description again.
We need to remove EEO etc.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: could contain the Job Description Overview and maybe company description? But we might separate company description as part of About the role? The instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings. We can put overview of role and maybe brief company context.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "Here's what you'll do:" and maybe also the overview tasks.
- Requirements: maybe the qualifications list (including education, experience, physical requirements, licenses). Could also include "Must be 18 years of age or older".
- Skills: maybe specific skills like proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, ability to read technical drawings, welding, etc. Could be part of Requirements but we can separate.
- Benefits: list of benefits from Additional Information: On-site Café, On-Site Gym, Exclusive Product Discounts, Growth & Career Advancement, Professional Mentorship, May include discretionary housing assistance.
- Pay: pay rate.
- Schedule: no schedule info given, so we should NOT include Schedule section.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Schedule.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details.
Company Description: "Wonderful Citrus is North America’s leading integrated grower, shipper and packer of fresh citrus, including clementines/mandarins, navel and Valencia oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and other citrus varieties. Wonderful Citrus farms more than 74,000 acres of fresh citrus and has supplier relationships around the world to ensure a year-round supply. Our citrus can be found in all channels of distribution, with our consumer brands most visible in the produce department of grocery stores across the globe under our flagship consumer brands, Wonderful Halos Mandarins, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, and Wonderful Sweet Scarletts Texas Red Grapefruit."
We can include this in About the role maybe as a brief company overview.

Why Choose Wonderful? includes more company description but we can ignore as duplicate.
We need to output HTML fragment with headings and content
and content
or
- . Use
for prose. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to decide which content goes into which section.
Potential sections:
- About the role: could include company description and job overview (maybe a paragraph). We'll put company description as a paragraph, then job overview as another paragraph? Or combine.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "Here's what you'll do:" plus maybe the overview tasks? We'll list the bullet points.
- Requirements: could include qualifications like education, experience, physical requirements, licenses, age, etc. Might be a mix.
- Skills: could include technical proficiencies: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, reading drawings, welding, etc. But we might just put all qualifications under Requirements and not have Skills separate to avoid thin sections. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings as examples; we can choose to use Qualifications for the list of qualifications and maybe Skills for technical skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see if we have enough for both.
Qualifications list includes many items: ability to work alone, lift, bend, driver's license, leadership, communication, bilingual desired, MS Office preferred, teamwork, proficiency in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic, read drawings, reason/communicate with management, experience with maintenance management software, irrigation/fertigation, Argus preferred, advanced welding etc, advanced hydraulic, advanced 12-24v electrical, advanced AC/DC electrical diagnostic, advanced HVAC knowledge, HS diploma or GED preferred, 5+ years experience, experience with hand/power tools, physical demands, lift specs, optional certifications, age 18+.
That's a lot; could be split into Requirements (education, experience, physical, licenses) and Skills (technical proficiencies). But we need to avoid thin sections. However we have enough content for both.
Let's define:
- Requirements: education (HS diploma/GED preferred), experience (5+ years maintenance), driver's license (CA), ability to lift, physical demands, age 18+, ability to work alone, leadership/communication, bilingual desired, MS Office preferred, teamwork.
- Skills: proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems; ability to read technical drawings; reason/communicate with management; experience with maintenance management software, irrigation/fertigation, Argus; advanced welding, cutting, grinding, arc gouging, plasma cutting; advanced hydraulic system maintenance/repair; advanced 12-24v electrical system knowledge; advanced AC/DC electrical diagnostic skills; advanced HVAC maintenance/repair; optional certifications list.
But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. We'll include all.
Benefits: list as above.
Pay: pay rate.
We must not include Schedule.
Now we need to format.
We'll output something like:
