Maintenance Technician III

About the role

The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks in support of facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure facilities are safe and operational.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
