Maintenance Technician III

About the role

Maintain and repair equipment and systems to ensure facility operations are running smoothly. Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and knowledge of system operation.
• Document work performed and report findings to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a maintenance or repair role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
