What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily maintenance operations and assign work tasks to the team.
- Perform advanced repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and complex repair projects.
- Cook up coordination with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering professional growth.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with all codes and policies.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of advanced property maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
- HVAC and EPA Universal Certification required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
